April 25, 2008 --- The
HZS Racing team traveled to Lima, Ohio for the second night
of competition
at Limaland Motorsports Park. Terry
started fourth in his heat race and moved up to finish
second behind Todd Sherman. The invert for the feature
was kind to Terry putting him on the pole for the twenty lap
main event. A first lap accident, involving outside
front row starter Justin Matson, reset the field and moved
Sherman up to start alongside Terry for the second attempt
at the start. Sherman got the jump at the start and
Terry fell in line behind Sherman on the high side of the
track. Sherman then set the pace for the following
eighteen laps until a car stopped on the high side of the
track in front of Sherman causing him to stop on the track.
Terry then assumed the lead and took advantage of Sherman's misfortune
to claim his second victory of the season. The next
event scheduled for HZS Racing is Friday, May 2nd at Limaland
Motorsports Park.
